duffie, PH.D.

The Reverend Cecil Andrew Duffie, Ph.D., serves as Dean of the Julius S. Scott, Sr. Chapel of Wiley University in Marshall, Texas.

 

He earned an M.Div., Ph.D., and a Certificate of Executive Leadership from Howard University. Additionally, Dr. Duffie earned a B.S. in Telecommunication with a minor in Education from the University of Florida.

 

His research, which has been presented at Rice University, Yale University, Trinity College, the University of Southern California, Howard University, and other institutions, is centered around spiritual formation and college & university black chaplaincy in the 21st century.
